We provide vital support to neighbors facing hardship, those rebuilding after incarceration, and young adults. Our goal is to empower every person to step confidently toward long-term independence. Every donated pair of boots, every piece of professional attire, and every act of kindness at 2210 S 6th Ave #9 Tucson AZ 85713 helps restore dignity and creates opportunity. Together, we are building a foundation for success and helping our community members take confident steps forward.

We offer hygiene kits and basic necessities to help individuals prepare for employment and everyday success.

We connect individuals with community resources and organizations that can assist with employment, housing, education, and other supportive services.

We remove barriers, restore confidence, and empower individuals to take meaningful steps toward self-sufficiency and long-term success.

Our objective is to raise $5,000.00. Every cent contributed will be used to establish our new hub at 2210 S 6th Ave Tucson AZ 85713. Securing this designated office and storage facility will streamline our operations and allow us to process essential donations more effectively. This growth ensures we can assist even more individuals in our community as they transition toward personal stability and professional growth.

About Us
Belinda Castillo/Founder
I founded Boots To Success because I believe everyone deserves a fair chance to build a better future. Through my work and experiences in the community, I saw how many individuals face barriers to employment, stability, and self-sufficiency simply because they lack basic necessities such as work boots, interview attire, hygiene items, transportation resources, and encouragement.
Too often, people are ready to work and change their lives but don't have the resources needed to take that first step. I created Boots To Success to help remove those barriers and provide practical support, dignity, hope, and opportunity.
Boots To Success was founded in South Tucson with the belief that a single opportunity can change a life, and that together we can help people step into a brighter future.
