Our mission is simple: To help underserved individuals overcome barriers to employment and self sufficiency. We provide support to individuals facing hardship, those rebuilding their lives after incarceration, and young adults. Our goal is to help them step confidently toward employment, independence, and long-term success. Every donated pair of boots, every piece of professional attire, and every act of kindness helps someone take another step forward. That step restores dignity, creates opportunity, and helps every person take confident steps toward a better future.

We provide work boots and safety items to individuals beginning employment in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, and trade industries.
☑️ Professional & Interview Attire
We help clients look and feel confident by providing professional clothing and accessories for interviews and new jobs.
☑️ Hygiene Essentials
We offer hygiene kits and basic necessities to help individuals prepare for employment and everyday success.
☑️ Community Resources & Referrals
We connect individuals with community resources and organizations that can assist with employment, housing, education, and other supportive services.
☑️ Restoring Hope & Opportunity
We remove barriers, restore confidence, and empower individuals to take meaningful steps toward self-sufficiency and long-term success.

We are thrilled to officially launch our newest fundraising campaign: "Stepping Into a Better Future"
Our goal is to raise $5,000.00, and 100% of these funds will go directly toward securing vital office and storage space, as well as managing incoming donations for Boots to Success. Having a dedicated space will allow us to operate efficiently and expand our reach to help more people step into a brighter, more stable future.

About Us
Belinda Castillo/Founder
I founded Boots To Success because I believe everyone deserves a fair chance to build a better future. Through my work and experiences in the community, I saw how many individuals face barriers to employment, stability, and self-sufficiency simply because they lack basic necessities such as work boots, interview attire, hygiene items, transportation resources, and encouragement.
Too often, people are ready to work and change their lives but don't have the resources needed to take that first step. I created Boots To Success to help remove those barriers and provide practical support, dignity, hope, and opportunity.
Boots To Success was founded in South Tucson with the belief that a single opportunity can change a life, and that together we can help people step into a brighter future.
